Le groupe GEMALTO recherche un stagiaire pour la mission suivante :
I. MAIN OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Context of the internship
In addition to its regular internal audit missions in the finance area, Gemalto Internal Audit is in charge of the Internal Control over Financial Reporting project. This group wide project supported by the CFO and the Audit Committee is meant to evaluate how efficient and reliable internal controls are in the organization. Objective is to ensure Gemalto compliance with Dutch corporate governance code for year end financial report.
Description of the mission & expected results, interest :
Under the supervision of the project manager, the trainee mission is to help developing high quality Internal Control standards within the group.
- Handle general communication on the project (newsletter, intranet, hotline?)
- Prepare periodical reporting in a standardized and structured way to present the results of the internal control activities.
- Assist, contribute and identify risks and deficiencies in the internal control of the organization.
- Contribute to share good practices by identifying and suggesting better, faster and more cost-effective solutions for entities and business lines.
To get a better understanding of Internal control requirements, the trainee will also have to participate to some audit missions under the supervision of a Senior Internal Auditor.
II. REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS
Required profile :
1. Education / Qualifications & level of studies : Business school or university, specialisation in accounting, finance or audit. 3 years of study already. EU work permit.
Internship to be part of the studies requirements.
2. Special skills (programming skills?) : Good knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3. Foreign Languages : Strong English level (oral & written), French
III. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Could be a trainee from ESC Marseille or Montpellier for example.
