Le groupe GEMALTO recherche un stagiaire pour la mission suivante :

I. MAIN OBJECTIVES AND EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Gemalto is a leading provider in digital security solutions and has set up a dedicated professional services organization 10 year ago for its Telecom activity. Year after year, the software and services offer of this business unit evolves and Gemalto regularly checks that this offer evolution is aligned with the best class services that are implemented in the telecom market.

Gemalto has a professional training team delivering trainings around Smart Cards technologies as well as related software such as tools and platforms.

As part of a strategic plan to evolve Gemalto's Telecom training offer, the following market study is required:

- Study the knowledge where Gemalto is strong and recognized by the market.
(au lieu de) - Study what Gemalto-specific knowledge is recognized on the market
- Study the telecom training market & actors (TAM, prices, sales channels & processes, competitors, niches and overlaps, impact of location?)
- Study the telecom market training requests and trends
- Study key promotion factors with high impact on customers (channels (web event, ?), means (catalogs, goodies?)) implemented typically by other industry-related companies (Best Practices)
- Study the companies that are interested, or could be interested in training on Gemalto-specific knowledge
- Study the training delivery methods that are most used on the market (classroom sessions, e-learnings, ?)
- Study the offer adaptations which Gemalto should implement compared to the existing one
- This study concerns EUROPE first but has to be declined, Detailed, and weighted for the other 5 regions : Latin America (LAM), North America (NAM), ex-Soviet Union, Middle-East & Africa (CISMEA), South Asia (SASIA), North Asia (NASIA)

At the end of the internship, you will have created a comprehensive written market study for a digital security industry sector and have expert knowledge of this industry.

Internship duration is 6 months, starting between April and July 2008



II. REQUIRED QUALITIES AND SKILLS

Your profile:
Interest in market research, marketing, analytical and structured work habits, ability to work independently.
Excellent level of English
Adaptability and capacity to work in a multi-cultural environment.
